A 4,200 sq ft shell space on Main Street is becoming a law firm's new office: glass-front offices, a conference suite and a full MEP fit-out on a fast permit track.
The brief
A growing firm signed a lease with a hard move-in date. We took the project from a bare shell and are running the design-build schedule around that date.
What we are building
- Eleven private offices with full-height glass fronts
- Conference suite with acoustic wall panels and integrated AV
- New restrooms, break room plumbing and a fire-sprinkler modification
- LED lighting with occupancy controls throughout
Status
Framing and rough-ins are complete. Drywall, ceilings and millwork are in progress.
