ZsP Construction is a state-certified general contractor built around three things: construction, development and management. One family, one company, one responsible party from the first shovel to the final walkthrough.
The company
Complete construction, from the ground to the finish.
ZsP Construction started in California in 2003, where seismic codes teach a builder to respect structure before finish. Over the following decade the company built custom homes, remodels and commercial spaces in California and Nevada, then moved to Sarasota in 2014 to build on the Gulf Coast.
We build the whole project. That starts with the site: clearing, grading, drainage, driveways, pavers, retaining walls and landscaping. It continues through foundations, structure, roofing and impact glazing, and it finishes with kitchens, baths, pools and the last coat of paint. The same company that poured the slab hangs the cabinet doors.
Three Florida state certifications make that possible: general contractor, master plumber and pool/spa contractor. That combination is unusual, and it changes how a project runs. Structure, plumbing and pool are one crew, one contract and one schedule, with the license holder on site rather than a project manager three jobs away.
Sarasota has a large Hungarian community, and our family is part of it. Many clients prefer to plan their project in Hungarian, and they can. Magyarul is beszélünk.

ZsP Construction is founded in California under a General Building Contractor license (975863).
2000s
Custom homes, remodels and commercial work across California and Nevada, from site work to final finish.
2014
The company moves to Sarasota, Florida and adds the Florida Certified General Contractor license.
Florida
Certified Master Plumber and Certified Pool/Spa Contractor licenses bring kitchens, baths, plumbing and pools fully in-house.

Family owned and operated: custom homes, remodels, pools, site work and commercial build-outs across Sarasota and Manatee counties.
